What lease options are available?
We offer flexible lease terms of 3 – 14 months.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, we require renter's insurance with $100,000 of liability coverage. Personal content coverage is highly recommended.
Are utilities included?
Utilities are separate from your market rent and will need to be setup through Rocky Mountain Power and Dominion Energy. As soon as you have been approved for an apartment and given a move-in date, you will need to setup accounts with both of these companies so the utilities start on your move-in date.
What happened if I need to move out before my lease expires?
There is a lease settlement agreement which requires a 30 day notice and additional lease settlement fee of 2X the market rent.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Yes, there is a required security deposit and a portion that is refundable based on the condition of the apartment after move-out.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
Yes, depending on our availability.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes, we have a Spanish speaking employee in the office.
What are the pool hours?
Pool is open seasonally from 10am-10pm and the jacuzzi is all open year-round

What is the smoking policy?
Smoking must be 25 feet away from any building and amenity areas including the pool.
Do you allow pets?
We are a dog-friendly property (limit 2 per apartment). There is a 65 lbs. weight limit, and restricted breeds do apply. The pet deposit is $475 for one or two dogs. The pet rent is $40/month per pet. Please contact for more information about your furry friend.
What is the parking situation?
One covered parking stall is included per unit. Uncovered parking is first come first served.

How do we set up the internet?
The apartments are internet ready and a base speed is included in rent! We use Mereo Networks. We have additional speed upgrades beyond the base speed included in rent.

Packages are dropped off to the mailboxes
