Are there washers and dryers in the units?
All apartment units have washer and dryer hookups, but we do not provide the washer and dryers. We have a large laundry facility at the clubhouse that is open 24 hours a day.
Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?
Yes, we are dog-friendly! We accept dogs over 6 months old. The pet deposit is $475, and the pet rent is $40 per pet. Limit 2 pets per apartment, restricted breeds and max weight do apply. Restricted dog breeds are: Akita Presa Canario Chow-Chow Doberman Pinscher German Shepherd Rottweiler Husky; American Husky; Eskimo Husky; Greenland Husky Malamute; Alaskan Malamute Mastiff; Cane Corso, Italian Mastiff, Bull Mastiff Pit Bull; American Pit Bull Terrier; Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog Wolf Hybrids Rhodesian Ridgeback Karelian Bear Dog; Russo European Laika / any Laika breed
Is renters’ insurance required?
Yes, we require residents to have renters’ insurance with at least $100,000 liability coverage. Renters can choose their own third-party insurance or easily enroll with ResidentInsure via our Resident Portal.
How many parking stalls are for each unit?
There is one reserved covered parking spot for each apartment, and plenty of additional parking for a second car.
How much is the security deposit and is it refundable?
Our standard security deposit is $550 - $750. Security deposits are partially refundable contingent upon any damage to the apartment home beyond normal wear and tear.
What are the income requirements and rental criteria for living here?
To uphold Fair Housing policies, we use the same rental criteria for all applicants which includes a credit check, residential verification, and employment verification. The income qualification is 2.5 x market rent.
When is the rent due and how do I pay it? Is there a late fee for overdue payments? Is there a grace period?
Rent is due on the 1st day of the month. The easiest and most secure way to pay rent is online via Resident Portal but we can accept checks, money orders, cashier's check and debit cards in the office during office hours. The late fee is 10% of your rent.
How do we set up the internet and what does it cost?
We provide a free internet package! Upgrade packages are available upon request. We will provide you with Mereo's contact information for any further questions.
Is there an application fee?
The application fee is $40 per person. Anyone age 18 and older must apply. *Amount subject to change.

We offer monthly discounts to teachers, military personnel, police and preferred employers. Ask our team about our preferred employer list.
