|Recommended: YesTownhomes Are Awesome — Our townhome is well constructed and was like new when we moved in - it was so nice The space and square footage are fantastic. We are so excited to be here after being in tiny apartments. Maintenance staff fixed our AC unit promptly with us moving in and we have had no additional issues. There is always available parking nearby. However, the dumpster is far from our building and it is frequently full overflowing. It would be nice if there were additional dumpsters. We don’t hear our neighbors ever, and no outside noise is heard from inside. Property staff is super friendly, we really like the main property manager. He is really nice and personable. However it seems like the office staff is overwhelmed and it takes time to get a response from them. But, when they do get back in touch with me they have always been helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the playground, and have also used the free car vacuum- that is an AWESOME amenity. Overall we are very happy here, and plan on renting hopefully for the next 4-5 years until we can get our own home.

|Recommended: YesReview Of Cedar Beaks Apartment By Tenant Of 19 Years. — We have been very pleased with the Cedar Breaks apartments and the Management Staff and Maintenance Staff. A new person took over the responsibility of the grounds a year or so ago. The improvement made wins her many, many, many gold stars
It has been rare that I have had any complaints regarding other tenants. When I have needed to raise an issue with a tenant, I have contacted the tenant directly each time I have had the request positively received. I have never felt in any danger in moving around the complex day or night.
I would and have recommended Cedar Breaks to friends who have asked if I am happy here.
