|Recommended: NoMaintenance Staff Are Super Friendly — I like here because of closer to places, Walmart, others. Maintenance staff are super sweet and make sure you are happy with what you need them to do. The ground clean is great, the lady who works outside- is amazing and always makes sure things look good. I appreciated her work and she work so hard. My son can hear other apartment noises or talk, no private. I dislike that idea. The parking is awful, you will have a hard time finding a park especially for visitors. The place is not the best, but better than nothing. Their construction quality is awful. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here if you have expensive things, end up you will get break-in by car, mail or something. I used to live here in July 2020, there were broken in the mailbox and cars still do with car things . in 2020, The staff was friendly and very understanding- willing to let me transfer to a different unit even the lease was not finished. Now, new staff, not let me transfer or anything. They said no, I need to wait till the lease is over. It's not the same as before, their policy changed and I dislike it and more strict than before. I will rather have another apartment instead here, just wish Cedar Break can improve the looks and others. The design of the floorplan is not great, you will end up-sell items to downsize. This is a great place for people who have few kinds of stuff to put things. The office is hard to get a hold of and hard to call me back. Trash things- are AWFUL and it spills anywhere, it's nasty. The rent price is kinda ripped off- due to design and construction quality. The heat does not work on and off. You could have to find another apartment that is better than here. I can't wait for my lease over I will move out unless the staff offers me better. But higher doubt they will not. I hope Cedar Break can improve and do better to make residents happy, good luck. P.S. I wish there have a dog park, change policy, reduce the price due to construction quality, parking, other situation, and others.

|Recommended: NoConvenient Location, Terrible Parking And Noise — I really love the layout of the unit. The staff are very friendly, as well, but there really is only so much that can be done about noise and the very limited parking. We have noticed that if you get a unit away from Walmart, the area is really awesome. The more hidden your unit is, the more people feel they can get away with. Overall, I think although the unit is nice and we love the location to shops and restaurants, you pay a lot and depending on where you are, you can have a very negative or a very positive experience.
