I have lived at Cedar Breaks for 6 1/2 years and plan on staying for as long as I can. I highly recommend living at Cedar Breaks. It's a great place to come home to!!
|Recommended: YesBeen Here A Year & Half And We Love It! — We highly recommend Cedar Breaks, the complex is safe and clean and the staff is extremely responsive and courteous! Any maintenance issues we have ever had have been taken care of within 24 hours.
|Recommended: YesClean, Quiet, Spacious, Modern, Comfortable, Safe — LOVE IT!!! My neighbors are friendly. The complex is very clean and well kept. Maintenance is on top off it...never had to wait more than one day for anything to be fixed. Pretty quiet. Love the pool in the summer and the hot tub in the winter. Managers are very professional and people people :)

And I LOVE all the shopping one block away...banks, dining, general shopping, pet store, book store, crafts, movies etc., etc.
|Recommended: YesVery Well Maintained Grounds. Office Staff Is Easy To Communicate With — I would tell them its great! Management is quick on work order requests. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I feel safe in and around the complex.

|Recommended: YesCedar Breaks — Cedar Breaks is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious. The grounds are immaculate. The office and maintenance people are courteous and quick to respons to any issue that arises. The apartments are essentially sound proof. They have fun activities, a lovely pool and hot tub and a great news letter. It's everything you need for your home!
