|Recommended: YesSpacious And Economical Apartments In A Safe Neighborhood. — Cedar Breaks has well maintained 1,2 and 3 bed room apartments and is situated approximately a mile away from both I-15 and I-215. It is located in a safe neighborhood and is in walking distance from grocery stores, theaters and restaurant. The management is friendly and are always quick in responding if we need any fixtures to be done. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a decent sized apartment equipped with all the amenities.
|Recommended: YesI Love This Apartment Complex So I Renewed My Lease For Another Year. — This is my very first apartment i ever lived in. And it actually exceeded my expectations. I was not able to experience the horrible stories my friends told me about their apartments. Management is very nice, friendly and professional esp Addison There were 2 problems I had the first 6 months I moved here. The first week I moved here someone tried to steal my tire on the driver's side, 2nd was someone stole my packages on my front door. which not their fault Other than those 2 nothing else. I guess added security patrolling the premises will be a really good. Every time I asked them to fix something in my apartment its always fixed really fast. I just renewed my lease for another year. And I hope it will keep getting better.

|Recommended: YesOne Of The Best Apartments In Taylorsville — Nice, clean and well maintained apartment complex in Taylorsville. Close to a number of shops. Nice view of the mountains on the east side. The management is very helpful and the maintenance guys are very prompt. All you need to do is put a maintenance request online and they will take care of it.

|Recommended: YesIt S Okay For The Price. — There are difficulties getting the management to actually tow cars that are parked in your reserved parking (ie they want to give the offender 3 or 4 warnings before actually towing the car...which procedure is not in the leasing material, by the way), but as long as it s not your parking spot, things are pretty good!

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live With Helpful And Friendly Staff. — It's very nice. Maintenance has been responsive to our problems, and the staff have always been pleasant and helpful.
|Recommended: YesGood Location, Large Floor Plan, Good Price — The large floor plans are nice. However, my apartment should have had some serious updating before I moved in. My oven and fridge have seen much better days and my counter has tons of nicks and cuts in it. The carpet is worn, stained, burned, has holes, and random hard crunchy spots that aren't fun to step on barefoot. I think you missed quality inspection. My furnace was terribly off balance when I moved in and banged loudly when it ran. It has since been fixed. (Thank you) :) All the items maintenance could repair they have in a timely fashion.
The staff have been very helpful and the maintenance was performed relatively quickly.

|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here! — I really enjoy living here at Cedar Breaks. They keep the area clean, our neighbors are polite and respectful. If we have a maintanance issue they are quick to resolve it. I would highly recommend living here. I know I plan too for many years!
