|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Great. — I enjoy living at cedar breaks. It is a nice place, decent size, maintenance is maintained well. Its a bit expensive but they make up for it with free wifi included.

|Recommended: YesI Really Enjoy Living At Cedar Breaks — It is a nice place right next to a freeway entrance, the grocery store, and lots of resteraunts. When I have a problem or concern the office and maintenance people handle it as soon as possible in a timely fashion. I would recommend anyone to live here as a great choice.

|Recommended: YesRight Location, Right Place, Right Value For The Money — Everything sounds right for me when I decided to move into Cedar Breaks apartments, First the location, I need not drive long to find anything which I needed, I can find them by a mere walk. The community is very good, no troubles whatsoever. Personally I feel its good value for the money we pay.
I've stayed in other communities too, so often when you move around, you ll get some regrets on the new place, but I dint find anything here. I would definitely recommend any friend.

|Recommended: YesCedar Breaks Is A Wonderful Starter Home . — The management of this particular property have been AMAZING. Those who run Cedar Breaks genuinely want to ensure that we have a great experience living here and seem to enjoy what they do. Parking has been scarce, especially on the weekend, I wish that as renters of a 3 bedroom apartment we had more than 1 guaranteed spot, but usually it isn't a problem. Insulation of the apartment is a little skimpy, leading to higher than average electric bills, but sound has never been an issue perhaps because we are the noisiest neighbor - ha . Maintenance takes good care of the grounds and, although we've never had an issue worth contacting them over, seem to keep themselves busy maintaining the homes of others in this complex promptly and effectively. All in all, I can't see myself considering Cedar Breaks a permanent home, but we have enjoyed our time here and have been able to call our house a home.

Our first place since moving here to Utah in 2014 and I dont want to live anywhere else Close to every anything worth every penny. You'll regret not staying here. Dont be that person

|Recommended: YesVery Well Maintained And Clean — I really liked living here even though it was for a very short time. The apartments are very spacious compared to the other communities nearby. The staff is very professional and approachable. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
