|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment, Nice Community — It's nice to not have to worry about every little detail, everything is already taken care of nicely. The maintenance crew are friendly and timely, the apartments are in great shape, and the overall condition is well maintained.
|Recommended: YesGreat Layout, Great Location, Great Price — The apartment has the best layout for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, its so roomy The complex itself is mostly quiet and anytime we do see the neighbors they are always quick to say hello. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that is apartment hunting.
|Recommended: YesVery Clean, Generally Quiet — Maintenance is fast to respond. Grounds are kept clean. A few errors with office filing but was corrected eventually. Noise is what is expected in an apartment but not bad.

Apartments are really spacious and good staff in the rental office. Rental price is also reasonable when compare to all other communities. This is a great community. They keep the grounds clean, and strive for an overall pleasant community.
